Suite Surprises

If paying with a debit or credit card, the name on the card must be yours. To secure a spot on our calendar, a 50% deposit is required prior to booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the day before your scheduled service. If you need to cancel, any non-returnable items or services we cannot cancel without penalty (such as roses, specialty orders, third-party services, etc..) will be deducted from your deposit. Provided reasonable notice is given and no expenses have been incurred in preparation for your services, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. We understand that unexpected events occur, so we are willing to accommodate you however possible.

If you will be staying at a hotel, please be sure to let them know we will need access to your room. Once we arrive, we will check in with the front desk, give them your name, and we will provide them with our identification. We will text you once we are in the room, and we will text you when the setup is complete. Upon completion, your room key will be turned into the front desk. 

If you are staying at an Airbnb, if necessary, please let the host know in advance that we will be there to do the setup. We will reach out to you for the access/lock box code the day of the setup. Once we have gained access, we will text you, and you will receive a text once the setup is complete.

Unless previously arranged, you will be responsible for all clean up. Any fees imposed by the hotel or Airbnb host for cleanup will be your responsibility. Please keep in mind, if the rose petals come in contact with body heat or moisture, they have a tendency to "bleed". For this reason, please do not lie directly on the rose petals. 

Rose petals can be slippery, please avoid walking directly on the petals. 

If your setup includes flames tealight candles, please be careful not to step or lie on them. It's not a very pleasant feeling!
